At home chair workout stream

Stream number 2 over on twitch was a basic bodyweight workout using the assistance of a chair for stabilization. Once again we started out with a few warmup exercises and then went right into the workout. This time we repeated twice on camera but this is intended to be done for up to 4 rounds.
