Sean Person brings over 15 years of experience in which he has performed tens of thousands of personal training sessions. As a trainer he focuses on customizing individual fitness and training programs for in person clients in the Boston area as well as virtual programs and sessions throughout the country. His fitness philosophy revolves around building programs that develop optimal strength levels to perform well in any activity. He is the founder of Always Strong Fitness which was built around that ideal and focuses primarily on body composition improvements in his clients as opposed to "weight loss".
