AFAA and ISCA CPT
Mel has over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry as an AFFA and ISCA Certified Personal Trainer and small group specialist. He teaches seniors classes, kickboxing, core fitness and more in addition to having been the director of group fitness programming for several Boston area facilities. He trained a 2005 Biggest Loser Contestant and is also a Triple-A Fitness and aerobics competition judge. Mel is skilled in sports conditioning for fitness enthusiasts of all ages and welcomes both beginners and experience exercisers in his classes.
